The (old) "Rumble TV" app was deprecated/discontinued and is no longer available/working.
However, the new "Rumble" app (version 10.5.121) is available from the Roku Channel Store and is working: https://channelstore.roku.com/details/1d24fd627f3c8b4912bff06e96662d08:dc6a612b6d6b1a2302d5422326c9b919/rumble
Its possible the other posters may be as "liberal" or "progressive" as you are/may be - they may simply use Rumble in order to have access to the "disinformation" and "propaganda" and "extremism", a la 'The Howard Stern Effect'...
You may also want to consider that if they are in fact conservative they may view your news/information and outlets as likewise "disinformation" and "propaganda" and "extremism" - and therefore they simply want similar/equal/countering news/information & access...
Finally one does not have to look "hard" or "far" to see that there are just as many examples/scenarios/situations of "cancel/censor/block assuming liberals/progressives" and/or "technology challenged liberals/progressives": technical/technology incapability/ignorance is non-partisan/political in practice...
You're naive.
It's known as a platform for hate. So if it WAS being blocked, that would be why. But it's not.
The difference between other platforms and Rumble, is when you fact-check 90% of what's found on Rumble, it's a lie or it's a lie based on a truth that seems reasonable but is still a lie.
Absolutely loaded with propaganda and misinformation instead of news, legitimate fact-checked, corroborated news.
It tracks though, most conservatives are inept with technology and are quick to cry about censorship or being blocked when they just can't use the restart or search feature properly.

When users come to this support forum to find out why something is not working for them, we try to help them resolve their issue.
We do not insult their choice of content or tech-prowess.
The great thing about internet streaming, and the internet in general, is that users/streamers are no longer beholden to cable companies and others for their choice of content, information, and access to it.
Rumble was developed to combat issues many saw increasingly happening on video creator platforms. https://corp.rumble.com/our-story/. As is the usual case, there are two sides to any story and differs with the cited Mediate source. (whom, I assume some may consider to be devoid of any "propaganda and misinformation instead of news, legitimate fact-checked, corroborated news").
While not what it once was, Roku is still primarily a neutral platform when it comes to apps/channels. Some users coming from other platforms may not have enjoyed the freedom of installing the apps of their choice (even if it was available) so some expect the worse when something doesn't work.
Merely confirming that the app in question is available and working as StreamerUser did is far more useful to the Roku Community and its users than responses that attempt to denigrate the users of an app. It is easy to mock and criticize. Sometimes, it really is more difficult to do better.

What a load.
Great source, Rumble themselves, instead of, you know, the opinion of an unbiased and legitimate source without monetary or political incentive to bias their results, which I posted.
No surprise you totally ignored the source I provided and its legitimacy.
A corporation isn't going to admit on its website that its platform is toxic. That is comically naive. You're very good at sounding smart, though.
That's why, if it was blocked, it would be completely within Roku's rights, as content on Rumble violates their community guidelines (antisemitism, etc).
But, it's not. And it's exhausting how it's ALWAYS a conservative posting online "why am I being blocked?!"
You can try to take the high road, but I dislike a platform loaded with hate and you're defending it.
"Sometimes, it really is more difficult to do better." Are you speaking on behalf of Rumble? Because they tried to do better, and completely failed, creating one of the most hateful places on the internet.
Do some unbiased research? I don't know what else to tell you besides it's not a good thing to defend such hate and misinformation, which is proven so. Facts are a thing. Words have definitions. There are things that can't be manipulated, like the amount of hate on Rumble.
You're simping for corporations like Roku. You spend all of your time in this forum. It's also easy for Roku to do better, like fixing their broken TV guide. But keep defending Roku, and shaming users who dislike hateful platforms. Real classy.
