Could you share a bit more info with us?
- What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
- Were there any updates before this started happening? If so, can you share the software version of your Roku Ultra? (You can find this in Settings > System > About).
- A photo or video of the issue would be super helpful.
In the meantime, we’ll try to figure out the problem and test your Roku Ultra with a mobile hotspot.
