Roku Ultra was overheating

Had to stop using my Roku Ultra a while because it was overheating.  Funny thing is, it was working perfectly for two years, then suddenly it started overheating.  Nothing changed that I can tell.  I...

What model and what OS version do you have on it?
I am using 2 roku ultra 4802X OSv-12.0.0 B4184-C2 with no problems

    Hello Bobo1497, it's Roku Ultra 4800X, OS version 12.0.0 build 4184-C2.

      The only solution that I have in my mind now is to reset the device when it overheats and stops(clearly after it cools down)
