Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Please reply here with the serial number/device ID of the affected Roku Ultra. It can be located in Settings > System > About.
Once we have this information we will be able to pass it along to our Support team who can assist you further.

I’m having the same problem. The serial number is YY00FU680194. I have 7 ROKU’s and none of them have had any issues with the exception of this one. Please help.

Same issue. We recieved ours as a Christmas gift. This was our first roku. Looks like we are going to go back to using our playstation. =/
