Roku Ultra keeps crashing
Freezes for 1, maybe two mutes then restarts. All apps.

Have attempted factory reset.

We understand you are having a problem with the Roku Ultra since all the apps or channels are crashing and it will restart by itself. We're happy to assist you further.
Please try to restart your modem and router. After restarting your wireless network connection, you may need to restart your Roku device by going to Settings > System > System restart.
