Roku Ultra is Overheating consistently

Mine is built in to the sharp tv and I have had the overheating message since I bought it.

I have done all troubleshooting steps and it still comes up every night.

  • LOCKIES12345 I would suggest reaching out to Sharp customer support for technical/warranty help.  Sounds like you may have a defective TV.

Take the rubber pad off the bottom of the ROKU, it retains heat and should fix your issue like it did mine.

You can also set it on top of a wire rack coaster that will let air flow underneath it.

I tried using gel packs too, but it cause condensation and you have to change it out all the time.
