I have a new (2 days old) Roku Ultra. It keeps going blank and/or freezing and then rebooting itself to the Home Screen. I have tried system updates, network connection, powering off the device, restarting the device, and clearing the cache. The TV works fine as well as a fire stick system. Suggestions and how to contact Roku by phone. Thanks

We will be more than happy to take a closer look into this issue that you're experiencing. Is the issue happening on all contents or channels, or is this isolated to one content or channel? (Specify) Are your other devices able to connect to the network without any issues or latency? Do you have cellular data, so we can try connecting your device to your hotspot?
