Roku Ultra Continues to Ghost Touch even after troubleshooting with tech support
I bought a Roku Ultra for my living room approx 7 months ago. Randomly it will pause what I’m watching or go to a different app or just go to the home page. Like the remotes buttons have been pushed but they were not. It does not matter what app I am in, it could just be sitting on the home page and it will ghost touch.
I have laid the remote away from me, I have charged the remote, I have tried restarting the system multiple times, I’ve checked the software is up to date, I have factory reset it multiple times, I have ensure the router is as close as possible (it is directly underneath), and I have restarted my router, contacted internet company(that is not the issue!).
I have a Roku Express in my sons room, a Roku Express 4K in our bedroom, and Roku TV in the kitchen. None of the other products do this!
I have tried reaching out to tech support and they guided me through ALL the possible troubleshooting, it is still doing it! This has been going on for at least 3 months. I need answers!! I have Issue Report Tracker info if needed.
