Roku turns on but won’t go to homescreen

Having the same issue.  Power is factory plug into wall outlet. Swapped to two known good HDMI cables.  Pressed reset on bottom for over a minute two times, white light never blinked, just stayed on solid.  Logged into my profile & system sees two other Roku in the house but does not see this one.  I can use the Roku remote to turn the TV on and off.  S# kw9993970199 Roku Ultra
