Roku streaming stock 4k unresponsive - stuck on loading screen

my Roku streaming stick 4K suddenly stopped working. It’s just stuck playing the loading screen over and over. I do not have any kind of button on the remote for some reason - my others do. I did press the reset button multiple times on the actual streaming stick. I also tried to disconnect the device and try it on a different TV. It’s not working on the other TV either. Any thoughts on what I can do to get this working? I just see the Roku logo bouncing over and over and then it goes to a black screen, and then restarts.

    How are you powering the stick?  If you're using the TV's USB port, try using the supplied USB power adapter plugged into the wall.  If you're already doing that, try a USB power adapter/charger from a phone/tablet that can supply at least 1 Amp (1000mA).
