Roku Sticks permission denied

We acquired several Roku Sticks recently and have enjoyed it a lot. Having setup everything the way we like and we have a list of favorites which we've had for eons.

3 Days ago, all of a sudden, trying to access 4 favorites we get the following error message "You don not have permission to access the requested resource", additionally we get "Playback Error: Playback has stopped dur to multiple playback errors..."

This happens in all browsers on all computers and Roku Sticks.

We originally got the Roku sticks (which is our go to...) because it offered more features than Amazon FireTV. These favorites work on FireTV (by that I mean we can watch them). We were about to get rid of our FireTV, but this is a showstopper and a huge disappointment.

Anyone have any ideas???
