ROKU stick keeps leaving any icon I Enter Inc settings

repeatedly kicks out of any icon I choose from streaming services to settings and even message screens when hitting home 5 times and then back 5 times.

finally captured the tracker id on the third or fourth time.

ive used this stick and this tv without any problems including earlier today and tonight…absolutely cannot use it

have restarted the stick alone, still same problem

then also all the things Roku advises in 2024 and 2025 in help under Roku keeps kicking me of of the app, without any success.
