Roku screen will freeze and won’t respond

This happens sometimes and there’s no fix other than pulling the power cord. One time I waited almost an hour then the tv shut off.

    • What Roku device is affected?
    • How long have you been using your Roku?
    • Have you received any recent updates before this happened? If so, could you please provide the latest software for your Roku? It can be found in Settings > System > About
    • Are you experiencing this across all channels or only to a specific channel?
    • A photo or short video clip of the incident.

    In the meantime, try rebooting your Roku device by following the steps below,

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
    5. Select System restart

    With all this information, we will be one step ahead in resolving this matter.

      RRoko tv works great with my cable but to stream others including roko streamimg it suck. The romote suck cant turn my roko tv on with it. The streaming freezes all the time n the sends me bacl home
