Roku screen is black and white

Bought a brand new roku 4k+ streaming stick today. The entire thing is black and white. I've tried all the ports and none of my other devices have this issue. The roku stick that I JUST bought is the only device that has this problem. I truly can't believe this problem still exists and you've done nothing. I have a Samsung smart TV with HDR10 support and have it plugged in through HDMI. THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE ADVERTISING WHEN I BUY A NEW PRODUCT THAT HAS BASIC FEATURES THAT DONT WORK.

    This happened to me. I tried all of the online “fixes” with no improvement.

    My setup is a Sony tv with Streaming Stic. This is how I fixed the problem:

    Hit Menu on tv/tv remote.

    Click on Picture.

    Scroll down & click Reset.

    Voila!! I hope this info helps others.

    Thanks for the post.

    Have you tried connecting the Roku device to another TV to see if you are experiencing the same issue?

    If you are still unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to assist you further from there.
