Roku Randomly Restarting

My Roku 4K is randomly restarting. We have software 13.0.0. Don't know if that leads to it or what is the issue. It just started this week. I already checked for an update and factory reset the Roku. From the posts I have seen on here that is pretty much the extent of the solutions I saw. I also have it plugged into an outlet and not the TV. Any other ideas?

My model is ##3941

Thanks for reporting the issue with the Roku device randomly restarting. We want to know if this problem started before or after the update. Additionally, please try the following troubleshooting steps to see if it makes any difference:

    1. Use the provided power adaptor: If your streaming player comes with a power adaptor, only use that one. Don't use a different power adaptor, even if it's from another player.
    2. Ensure the power adaptor is securely attached: Remove and reattach the power adaptor, ensuring it is firmly connected to the Roku player and the wall power outlet.
    3. Try a different power outlet: Plug the power adaptor into a different one. You can also test another electronic device in the same power outlet to check if it's functional.
    4. Check the power indicator light: If the light on your Roku player is not working, find out what to check if you can't see the video on your TV.
    5. Use the USB port on your TV: If your Roku player or Roku Streaming Stick supports USB power, connect it to the USB port on your TV using the provided power adaptor. If your Roku player still does not power on after these steps, the issue may be with the power supply.

We hope we have addressed your question appropriately, but reply to this message if the above did not fix your issue, we will gladly follow up.

    Best regards,
    Jharra
