Roku programming won't power on. No home screen or anything.

Roku won't turn on. The stick has a light on but no Roku. The tv turns on, I could power the tv and adjust volume with the Roku remote, however Roku will not start.I removed power from the stick while in usb port, now can't power off tv or adjust volume. Tried removing batterie s to pair remote to stick. No luck. This happened 3 weeks ago so we bought a new stick, this one is only 2 weeks in the tv.The tv sees the stick in hdmi 4.

    We understand that you're having a problem with the Roku streaming stick. We will be more than happy to look further into this issue. How are you powering your Roku device? Did you press and hold the pairing button for 5 seconds until the green lights blink? Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back into the wall outlet? Have you tried using different USB power cables, power adapters, and HDMI cables?
