We'll be delighted to assist you further with this issue that you're having with the Roku Premiere since it was displaying a low-power message. Please check out this support article here on what should I do if the red light is flashing, or I see a "low-power" warning.

I get that message from time to time. Changing power adapters doesn't work. But what does work is, I'll just let it sit there for a minute or so, and then magically the LOW POWER message goes away.

I have tried every solution provided and nothing works.

Buy a new device and then swap in the new ac adapter. If that doesn't fix it, then swap in the new device with the old ac adapter.
