Roku Not Connected—4k Streaming Stick
my Roku streaming stick is showing ‘not connected’ on the home screen. There are no apps showing and i am unable to use the remote to move up and down or do anything.
What's the model number of the stick written on it somewhere? If it's a model that has the Wi-Fi receiver embedded in the USB cable then it won't work without that cable. If you have a rechargeable remote, make sure it's charged. If your remote takes batteries, try new ones. Finally, you may need to pair the remote again.
