Restart your Device, Reinstall the Roku mobile App, Check App Permissions, Ensure your mobile device is not mirroring to the TV.
I just Uninstalled the cellphone app. Why? Because, while the app was installed on the cellphone and the TV was on it would react to the phone in the room that wasn't in use but had another app in the background on.
