Roku Live TV streaming not working

We are experiencing the uncooperative live streaming channels as well. Every other service we subscribe to works flawlessly. However, we can't get more than 10 seconds into a live stream on the Roku before it freezes and gives you the white circle of disappointment.

This happens on both of our Rokus. One is on WiFi and the other is on Ethernet.
