Were you being forced to watch it? Roku doesn't control what you watch, you do. Don't use whatever app was playing that.
Yeah and, by the way, What app? And what movie? (I assume it was a movie!) There are thousands of apps on Roku and most of those provide access to thousands of shows (maybe hundreds of thousands), and many of those shows will start whenever and wherever the user tells them to start. So like andyross said, don't watch what you don't like, but if you feel something is bad enough to report, then try to provide more information.
You might want to spend some time exploring the channel store to find apps that are more to your liking.
