Roku item I had bought almost a year ago n it and kept turn off and turn back on I had to put something against it in another for it to work and I had it at a Walmart .

Lilinestella17 Sorry but, I'm not sure what the problem is. Some details would help. Such as are you powering off a TV USB connection or are you using the power adapter that comes with it?
