ROKU home screen loads YouTube TV correctly, but will not load MSNBC channel on VISIO TV

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. Currently, MSNBC is not available as a standalone channel on Roku. We would also recommend performing some basic troubleshooting provided by our support page here: How to resolve a channel playback issue.

    If the issue continues, we highly advise reaching out to the channel support team for additional assistance. The majority of channels on Roku are managed directly by the channel providers themselves.

    I'm sure this obstinacy has something to do with contract limitations, i.e. money. Is it not understood well enough in Roku Corporate what it would mean for numbers of users if MSNBC was available for live stream as a standalone app./channel?

    I notice that nowhere in your public-facing web pages or information do you feature the news that it is not available in Roku as a standalone channel; ashamed or afraid it will turn away prospective users? Simply start a standalone subscription contract with NBC for the one channel. People will pay for this!

    Everyone not knowing about the real status is simply making a nation full of MSNBC fans more & more irritated, at you; at Roku...
