The Roku doesn't have any idea where you are. Some apps/channels determine your location by your public IP address. But that location is within the channel itself, not the Roku. There's nothing that you can change on the Roku itself about your location. Depending on the channel, you might find a way to set the location within the channel itself, or perhaps on a web page that has your account information.

I used to have my location as default and got local ads, then i added a roku at a second house and now that is the default. It must change somehow. I never set it to any default
