Roku freezing after commercial breaks ?

I have 2 Roku units and both suffer from freezing after watching commercials on multiple to apps.. I see the this has been reported as a problem over 9 months ago. So why have the developers not sorted this out. I’m consider changing to a different brand of usb stick if there is no solution for this frustrating error.

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About).
    • Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID).
