Roku Express No longer Allowing Channel Access

I have had my Roku for a few years. Out of the blue it will not let me access any apps and just states delete apps for memory. I deleted all apps and tried only having one app to see if it helps. Still nothing. I can’t get in contact with anyone at Roku. Please help. 😭

    Have you tried doing a system restart? Let us walk you through it! 

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
    5. Select System restart

      Hello. I am also having this same problem with my Roku. 
      I followed your instructions to restart and it worked but have already removed many of my other apps.

        We see that you have removed some of your apps due to the error you encountered. 

        If you're looking for apps you deleted, check out the Streaming Store. It's got all the apps you've removed from your Roku home screen. You can search for them manually or just use voice search if you've got a voice remote.
