Roku Express is booting up, but it will go to the black screen

When I boot up my Roku device, it shows the animated logo during boot up but then goes to a black screen. I have tried a soft and hard reset, changed hdmi cable, different ports and even on other tvs but still have the same problem and my device is less than a 6 months old
