Roku Express has Issue with Viewing Live Streaming Channels on Youtube

I have fairly newer Roku Express 36960x.  There is usually an issue of not being able to view Live Streaming Channels on Youtube. I hooked up an older version of Express to same location and do not have any issues. Updated, rebooted, even did factory reset, no help. Thx for any help.

    Thanks for letting us know about the playback issues you're experiencing within the Live channels on the YouTube app. We'd like to take a closer look.

    In order to narrow down the cause of this issue, it would be appreciated if you could provide us with additional information such as follows:

    • Can you please clarify if you are referring to YouTube or YouTube TV apps?
    • Are there any error messages prompted? 
    • Were you able to stream Live channels on this app in your newly purchased Roku Express at all? 

    We'll be looking forward to your response so we can provide you with the best resolution.
