Roku Express backdrops aren't working correctly

I have a roku express and the past couple of days, backdrops does not load correctly when you go into manually start backdrops. It shows a picture of all the photos that you have. You can go to an individual photo, but it will not let you start backdrops full screen.  It also does not start after thirty minutes, which is what the setting is that once the tv's on for thirty minutes and not used, it's supposed to come on,

come on, this was a great innovation for roku, please don't let this fall away without support and make it work. Thank you.
