Roku crashing during Hulu playback

The issue has not been resolved!!!!

I am having the problem during most playbacks on Hulu.

    I'm having the same problem as it says Not available so it's not resolved yet!!!!

    Thank you for letting us know that you are having trouble with your Hulu channel on Roku. We would like to take a closer look into this issue.

    Could you please tell us the exact behavior of the issue?

    • When did this issue start?
    • Are you getting any error codes or messages?
    • Does it occur during streaming or when you launch the channel?
    • If possible, please send us a photo of the TV screen showing the error or issue that you encountered.

      I wasn't having a problem with Hulu as I'm not subscribed to it. It was the other person. My problem has been resolved with the great help from someone in the community and I appreciate it very much!!
