ROKU crashes all resets no help

ROKU 4K+...crashes....while watching, reverts to black screen, then touch UP on remote, reverts to homepage. Have tried all resets, no help. Friends has same unit, doing same thing.

    We'd like to help. Are you experiencing this behavior on a certain channel or across the channel on the platform? Playback issues as well could happen when you're having a network issue. Try refreshing your router and see if there are any differences.
