Roku connected to TV not accepting credentials that work

Trying to watch Univision Now, as usual, via my Roku device connected to my TV, but not letting me login, saying credentials are invalid, but they're clearly valid b/c I was able to log into Roku online to write this post. Also, noticed the UI changed. Everything looked different. Probably has to do with a recent update. I did already troubleshoot and attempt to update and I even changed my password. Still wouldn't let me login. I pay for Univision.

    I see that you're having trouble logging into your Univision app. As renojim mentioned, if you are directly subscribed to a stand-alone app, be sure to use the credentials associated with your subscription.

    Also, feel free to try these steps to help you sort out the issue!

      1. Update the channel
        Highlight the app > Press the star (*) button on your Roku remote > Check for update
      2. Restart your Roku device/TV

    If the issue persists, we recommend you contact the channel provider of these channel for further assistance.

    You should be using whatever credentials you'd use on the Univision site if you're subscribed directly with them, not your Roku credentials.
