Roku completely from home screen to every app the screen flashes on and it Fix

Why is the screen going on and off? I install the devices that I’ve been using for a year now state and both devices from the 4K device to the sound bar device on the other TV both flash flash in and out and how do I fix this because these devices are expensive and I do not want to have to replace them 🙂
