ROKU Channel won't load anymore. I live in the US

We can no longer load the ROKU channel on our TCL television. It has worked for years. Now when we go to the menu page of TCL we see ROKU and it has a flying saucer gif that exits the box. When we press the usual ROKU icon (as we always did before) it goes to a ROKU looking page then reverts back to the TCL menu screen.  Tried options key on TCL and selected UPDATE. It says it is up to date and lists it as Version 12.5 Build 18. Again we live in the US, bought in the US and have used the ROKU channel for at least 2 years. Any suggestions?
