Roku Channel will not load or play

The Roku Channel will not load or play any content. Other channels work fine. Netflix works fine.

I have tried all the "fixes" restart, change network connections, update system, remove and add Roku Channel then restart again. 

  • Roku device model: 2500X
  • serial number:18G34L023282
  • device ID:
  • software OS/version 9.1.0 BUILD 5009-03
  • IP address 192.168.1.2
  • does this issue occur on a specific channel? Roku Channel
  • version/build is the channel Version 2.5 Build 19
  • issue: once on the Roku Channel and selected any show, it will say "loading..." then play, but when play button or ok is pushed, it just goes back to "loading..." won't play
  • located - Wisconsin
  • ISP (internet service provider) SPECTRUM
  •  VPN NO
