Roku channel playback error on Fire TV

Why is it when I'm on the fire tv search results say that the movie I've searched for is on the roku streaming app (TV app, idk if it does it on other devices) and I head over to roku and it says playback error..?  I mean is that an Amazon thing or roku? Because it's always doing this.  With the exception of one movie 2 months ago  Before that movie it did it and after that movie, it continues to throw me that error message  I mean, it's rather annoying  Anyone know if it's an Amazon or roku issue?
