Roku channel original, help with turning off descriptive audio track for spiderwick

Hey guys, so, I've been watching the new Spiderwick Chronicles show on my TV through the Roku channel and on my phone through the Roku app, today while I was watching an episode I noticed the descriptive audio track was on and I've been trying to turn it off, nothing's working on my TV's side of things, and on the mobile app, it shows me that descriptive audio is checked on the languages, but when I tap it it won't turn off, any suggestions? This is very annoying. Thank you.
