Roku App Content won't load, black screen

I'm able to play one episode of any show using the Roku channel app. When it tries to go to the next episode in the series the screen just blacks out and I can't back out of the app. I have to exit t...

    Thanks for posting here, sidney0953!

    Here's a quick fix we can suggest for you to try. 

    First, try rebooting your Router by unplugging it from the power outlet then plug it back in after several seconds. Then reboot the Roku Device:

    Here's how:

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
    5. Select System restart
