Roku is junk and they get you stuck with junk....there support garbage and nothing but waist money...try onn there better

qualityconcret just because you have issues doesn't make a product "junk". I will agree that getting hardware support can be problematic at times, but most issues lie with the app in question, which with a couple of exceptions are never provided by Roku themselves. App developers need to take ownership of apps that have problems and get them fixed. Blaming Roku for 3rd party app problems is simply not accurate.

I am not sure that any device or service these days, no matter what the brand, doesn't have issues at one time or another. Just ask Sony about their PSN issues last weekend. I think it is due to the constant changing of firmware/OSs makes those things more common than the old days of electronics not getting any updates at all after they are released to the wild.

Spectrum's app support on Roku devices has always been, shall we say, less than ideal. I've never had Spectrum, but from reports I've seen they've had app issues for years. Yeah, they try to blame Roku but that's completely off base. Spectrum is the one and only entity responsible for the functionality of the Spectrum app, so only they can resolve any problems.
