Rich Eisen Show on The Roku Channel freezes after ads

    Thanks for letting us know about your concern. We would like to know more details about this. Have you tried using a different browser to see if you're seeing the same issue? In addition, what content/s are you trying to access when this happens on your PC?

    Hi LH2176,

    Greetings and welcome to the Roku Community.

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and we'd be pleased to assist. As a start, let's try to troubleshoot this issue first to see if it improves the channel's performance. Kindly follow the steps below. 

    1. Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the star (*) key on your remote, and choose "Remove channel".
    2. Next, restart your device from Settings > System > Power > System Restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
    3. Once your player/TV starts up again, go to "Streaming Store" on the Home screen, and add the channel back once more.

    After performing, kindly observe if the issue will persist. If it does, please let us know so we can take further action to resolve this.
