Rewind or fast-forward on antenna TV

I recently purchased a new ROKU brand TV. Only on antenna TV (Live TV) does my Roku exhibit this "Rewind or Forward" thing. When streaming, there is no problem. I have previously owned Roku TVs by Hisense and TCL and never encountered this issue, only with this specific Roku brand TV. What steps can I to resolve or fix this? It is highly frustrating. Could this particular TV be defective? Unfortunately, I do not have another Roku brand TV for comparison. Thank you for your assistance. A Escoto
