Retro reels plays but shows “Instant” rather than movie poster.

We believe this is a feature inside the Retro Reels app, and it would be highly recommended that you coordinate directly with the channel provider for further clarification and assistance.

It's important to note that Roku simply hosts the channel on the platform and does not have direct management control over it.
