Repeat Commercials on all channels

Tired of seeing the same commercials, over and over. I see the ads for ASPCA and St Jude's Hospital, every time there is a break. There are 2 ASPCA and 1 St Jude Hospital commercial that repeat themselves over and over, regardless of what channel, or show I'm watching and the time of day. Enough is enough people I'm ready to go back to cable, or dump the Roku box for something else.
