Regular Tiles to Large Tiles

Got same problem.  Any updates?

    Greetings, and welcome here in the Roku Community.

    We see that you're having an issue with Large tiles on your Roku interface, and we'd like to provide a troubleshooting step to resolve this. Kindly navigate to Settings > System > Power (skip if no sub-menu) > System Restart. After this, kindly check if the tiles have been restored to their regular size.

    Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community.

    We appreciate you for sharing this information to us. Seeing that you're having the same problem, we recommend performing a complete restart of your Roku device as a troubleshooting step. Please be advised that factory resetting your Roku device will remove all your channels, set your settings to default, and would require you to re-activate the device. To factory reset your device, kindly follow the steps below:

    1. Press the Home button. on your Roku remote.
    2. Scroll up or down and select Settings.
    3. Select System.
    4. Select Advanced system settings.
    5. Select Factory reset.
    6. Select Factory reset everything and follow the on-screen instructions.

      Restarting my Roku doesn't help at all. The Roku channel seems to constantly change 1) Tile sizes, 2) Continue Watching row appears most of the times but sometimes doesn't show up on Home page. I have to open TV Series or Movies in Left Menu to get them.

    Hello,


    I just experienced this problem just now. I was watching something, then went to Home and it went from 4 tiles to 3 tiles. Hope do I get my Roku to show 4 tiles on each row again?

    What’s the fix? I already did a System Restart.

    I have 4 Roku Ultras so please advise a better fix than doing a factory reset and reconfiguring all of them.
