Reelz Now going back to roku homescreen when trying to view live stream
Every time u open the Reelz Now app everything works except the live viewing. It kicks me out back to the home screen? I've already restarted the roku and we purchased a new one. It is still not work...
Unfortunately, only the channel/app developer can resolve the issue as they are responsible for the development, maintenance, and fixes for their channels/apps.
I don't have Reelz Now but have had others with the same "Live" issues. (and some vice versa, able to watch the library content, but not the livestream).
I am sure a fix is coming from Reelz, but you and the others affected may want to contact them at their support email and let them know you are having an issue. From the Reelz website contact us page, https://www.reelz.com/contact-us/ looks like "for REELZ NOW® support please contact reelznow@reelz.com".
