Reelz Now going back to roku homescreen when trying to view live stream

Every time u open the Reelz Now app everything works except the live viewing. It kicks me out back to the home screen? I've already restarted the roku and we purchased a new one. It is still not working... anyone else experience the same issue?

Unfortunately, only the channel/app developer can resolve the issue as they are responsible for the development, maintenance, and fixes for their channels/apps.

I don't have Reelz Now but have had others with the same "Live" issues.  (and some vice versa, able to watch the library content, but not the livestream).

I am sure a fix is coming from Reelz, but you and the others affected may want to contact them at their support email and let them know you are having an issue.  From the Reelz website contact us page, https://www.reelz.com/contact-us/ looks like "for REELZ NOW® support please contact reelznow@reelz.com".

Unfortunately, my Amazon FireTV Stick worked just fine!!
Hung my Fire Stick off my RokuTV and watched Reelz OPLive live last night!

Hopefully Reelz gets fixed! We watch OPLive every weekend as our guilty pleasure!
Or time to purchase a couple more Fire Sticks!

Always helps to have an alternative method to stream when using these subscription services and they have an issue with one of their platforms.

From their website info page, https://www.reelznow.com/info#about, looks like " REELZ NOW® is available on PC, iPad, iPhone, Android phones and tablets, Amazon FireTV and Roku devices. "

You can certainly try using it on one of the other devices if available to you (PC/laptop, or mobile phone/tablet) and casting it to your Roku.  (or of course, use the Firestick/FireTV if available to you).  I generally do alot of my personal streaming with a laptop and an HDMI cable attached to my TV.

Same!!! I was sad to miss it last night. I was hoping it would be fixed by now to catch tonight's.
