I am having the exact same issue! I just purchased the channel to watch Frosty for free and it just keeps blinking off!

Exact same issue... my Roku TV says a particular "free" Christmas show is on Rediscover. So, I click on the show, Roku loads the Rediscover channel and asked if I want to login with my Roku account's username and password. I do and it says incorrect username or PW. I know my Roku username and password have been correctly entered; I'm logged into my Roku account right now.
If I create a username and PW on Rediscover then login; it says I need to but the Premium??? Majorly messed up!!! So, I removed my name and PW from Rediscover and deleted the channel until they fix this...

JakeZ, you never need to enter your Roku password on a Roku device. It's already linked to your Roku account; it would be redundant to enter your Roku password. If an app is asking for a password, it's not asking for your Roku password. When an app asks a user to sign in, the email address defaults to the user's Roku email address. That's a Roku requirement, but it can be changed to any email address by the user.
As to why it's not available free I can only guess that the information was inaccurate which doesn't seem to be uncommon.
