Re: Why is the picture so dark, when viewing via the website?

RokuCarly  Hi, not sure if I received the email, or did what it requested, but in any event, the problem persists!
I was watching this show just fine, on my Roku TV, but when I moved into the room with my computer, and tried playing it, it's almost PITCH BLACK!!

What the **bleep** could be causing this??  I don't have this issue with any other streaming I do on this computer, only from Roku, why?

  • EVEN THE FEEDBACK WINDOW DOESN'T WORK RIGHT!

    We are interested in understanding whether this issue occurred exclusively with certain movies in the Roku Channel store or if it affected another movie. Additionally, could you provide us with the name of the specific movie with which you encountered this problem?

      RokuRiamie-D  Hi, no this is not happening with any particular movie or channel, but occurs probably 70% of the time!  Sometimes it's so dark it's unwatchable, even if I turn my computer brightness setting all the way up. it's quite frustrating, especially as this doesn't ever occur in streaming from any other site I may go to...

        Could you please tell us what web browser you tried to open our Roku channel website? We recommend you try to open it on a web browser like Edge, Incognito, or Google Chrome.
