Add me to the Weather Channel Http Error List too. Here in Virginia Beach, Cox Communications via Roku, Roku and Roku. Three different Roku systems and all have the same problem. Doing all those mentioned steps doesn't help. I tried with all of mine. I have scrolling weather info across the bottom of the screen just fine, a black screen with an umbrella icon and the words "standby, changes in the forecast", and a pop-up error message for the http issue. Frustrating as all get out.
As a user co.mmunity, we can only suggest and try different resolutions. Obviously not working. Is ROKU listening? How do we get ROKU support to help push the issue with TheWeather group???

The Weather Channel app has updated to version 3.6.12 and the "malformed headers" errors fixed.

Hello, it is not fixed for me. Still the same http Error code, malformed headers is popping up. We use Spectrum and they are not helping us nor is Roku either here in Georgia.

Hi Everyone.
I just had mine fixed!! YAY.... we had to put our activation code in and use our spectrum service to log in, but is now working. Looks different, but works and thats fine with us. Good luck to all and blessings hoping that it will work for you shortly.

It has not been fixed here in Indiana using XFinity! Same malformed HTTP header or HTTP error code issue! This is so frustrating!

Make sure you are using the updated (3.6.12) version of the app:
Settings/System/Software update/Check now (to get the latest firmware & app updates)
To check app version: Highlight The Weather Channel app and press Options (*)

1) What model ROKU streaming device are you working with?
2) What Version & Build of TWC App is installed on your ROKU streaming device? (To determine this, scroll to TWC App, press the ROKU Remote's * button)
3) Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?
Please provide replies & we'll try to resolve this.
