- Are there any error messages prompted when you attempt to access this app?
- When did you start having issues with accessing it?
- Do you have an active subscription to this app?

No error messages it just goes back to Home Screen. I started having issues last week. Yes I have a subscription and there has been no payment issue or anything.

Having the same problem. Roku seems to be no help
